Write for EPHAS

Thank you for your interest in contributing to Every Person Has A Story, EPHAS for short.

We appreciate articles that motivate, support, inspire, and celebrate individual and global lifestyles. High quality, well-researched pieces and articles that offer deep thoughts and thinking are what we aim for.

To avoid rejection, please make sure that you adhere to the following when preparing your submission.

TOPICS

Please take the time to browse our website, and get a feeling for the sorts of topics we publish. Our category names are fairly obvious.

  • Food & Drink
  • Health & Fitness
  • Lifestyle
  • News
  • Opinion

For example, great topics would be; grooming and beauty tips, fashion tips, home renovation ideas, fitness advice, saving or personal finance, interior design, meditation and yoga, food and drink ideas (not recipes), travel, current affairs and issues.

We do NOT publish press releases or self promotion articles, or articles about gambling, adult materials, drugs (inc. CBD), illegal topics, essay writing, dating websites, etc.

All topics must be of interest to a general Australian audience.

Style

All articles must be written in Australian English.

We will only publish articles that have not been published elsewhere.

We accept drafts with a minimum word count of 750 words.

Submit your article with sub-headings approximately every 250 words, and make sure each paragraph does not exceed 150 words.

Sentences should be shorter where possible.

Hyperlinks

We allow up to two dofollow hyperlinks per article, to websites that are family friendly.

We require at least one link to another article within our website.

We will not provide links to websites that promote adult topics, gambling, drugs, dating and anything illegal, racist or slanderous.

About the Author

Include a 15-30 word biography at the foot of your article. We allow one link in your personal bio.

Upon submission of your work you acknowledge that we have permission to publish the article in whole or part in any or all of our platforms.

Please note that we do not pay for articles.

Before you submit, please take the time to check for plagiarism using this tool, and check for spelling and grammar using Hemingway. Both of these are free for use.
